What Mise is

AI meal plans and a teaching tool, not a prescription.

Mise turns what you tell it, in your own words and with no body measurements, into a practical framework and example weeks you can actually cook, generated with AI. An optional calculator can figure standard daily targets too.

The plans are generated with AI; any numbers are figured, not invented. The meal plans are composed by AI, grounded in real example plans. Any number the calculator figures comes from standard, published nutrition formulas, computed in code. Treat a plan as a starting point to adjust with your healthcare professional or a registered dietitian, never as a mandate.

How it works

  1. Describe your weeks. How many weeks, a focus for each, your meal frequency, preferences, and restrictions, in your own words. No body measurements, and none of it is tied to a name or an account.
  2. Set your targets your way. Type your daily calories and nutrients yourself, or let the optional calculator figure standard targets from a few basics (Mifflin-St Jeor, with a safe, bounded deficit or surplus). That math runs in code; the AI never guesses or changes the numbers.
  3. Mise builds the plan. AI composes a plain-language framework for filling your plate, plus recipe-grade example weeks, each built from one small, affordable grocery cart so the week is realistic to shop and cook.

What you get

If you are on a GLP-1

When appetite drops, it is easy to eat too little. So your calorie number is a floor to reach, not a cap to stay under, and protein comes first. Eating enough, especially protein, protects your muscle while you lose fat and helps you feel good on smaller portions. Mise also computes daily fiber and hydration targets, the two habits that keep a GLP-1 week comfortable.

For businesses and teams

Mise works well side by side: a two-minute intake produces a plain-language framework, a recipe-grade 7-day week from one affordable grocery cart, and computed daily targets, all printable in one sitting. Set your business name once and every handout reads "Prepared with" your business.

It stores no personal health information: no name, no birth date, no contact information, nothing tied to a person. It is a calculator and guidance, not medical advice, and it is built to stay outside HIPAA. The screening (low body weight with a loss goal, pregnancy, under-18) always runs, and every page carries the calculator disclaimer, so the handout reads as education you reviewed together, not a prescription. To see it on your own scenarios, request a demo.

Your privacy

Mise collects no identity. No name, no date of birth, no contact information. Your inputs calculate your targets in the moment and are not stored or tied to you. The basics it asks for (age, sex, height, weight) are standard nutrition math, not a personal record.

When to bring in a professional

Mise watches for situations that deserve a professional's eye, such as a very low body weight paired with a loss goal, pregnancy or lactation, or being under 18, and points you toward one. It is general education, not medical or clinical care. If food or eating feels out of control, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is free and confidential at 1-866-662-1235.

The short version This is a calculated estimate, not a prescription. Use it as guidance in collaboration with your healthcare professional or registered dietitian.
