Mise Meal planning, provided by AscenHD LLC

Privacy Policy

This planner is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no names, no birth dates, and no stored health profiles. This page says exactly what we do handle, why, and for how long.

Who provides this software. This meal-planning tool is Mise, software provided and operated by AscenHD LLC. Your clinic or business may offer it to you under its own brand (for example, Aetheria Aesthetics & Wellness); either way, the software, these pages, and the data practices they describe are AscenHD LLC's, and this agreement is between you and AscenHD LLC.

What you type to build a plan

The planner asks for planning inputs: how you want to eat in your own words, foods to avoid, and, if you use the optional calculator, a few basics (age, sex, height, weight, activity). These compute your plan in the moment. They are not tied to your name, and there is no profile they get saved to. Your generated plans and any business name you set live in your own browser (localStorage) and leave only when you print, save, or clear them. The business name is never sent to our servers at all.

Please don't type other people's identifying information into the planner. It never needs a name to do its job.

The one internal log we keep

To improve plan quality and watch cost and abuse, we keep an internal log of generations: the instructions we sent the AI, its output, the planning inputs, and any refine feedback. This log is pseudonymous. Instead of your email it stores a salted one-way hash of it, and a second hash of your company's domain. No email addresses, no names. Log entries are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Multi-week plans also hold short-lived job state on the server while they build, keyed by a random id, so a plan survives your phone going to sleep. That state purges itself within 72 hours. If you choose "email me when it's ready," your work email is held with that job only until the one notification is sent, then discarded with it; the email itself contains no plan content.

If you join the waitlist or request a demo

The one place we knowingly collect contact information is the waitlist and demo form on our landing page: your email and, for businesses, a business name. We use it only to reach you about the product. No newsletters, no sharing, no selling. Ask and we'll remove you: info@ascenhd.com.

Who processes data for us

Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Questions or requests

Email info@ascenhd.com for any privacy question, or to ask what we hold and have it removed. Given the design, the honest answer to "what do you have on me" is usually: a waitlist email if you gave us one, and hashes we cannot reverse.
