What this tool is, and is not

Mise is general nutrition education and a calculated starting point. It is not medical advice, not clinical care, not a diagnosis, and not a prescription. Plans and targets are estimates from standard published formulas and AI-composed examples, meant to be adapted in collaboration with your healthcare professional or a registered dietitian. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care, and do not delay seeking care because of something a plan says.

If you have a medical condition, take medication that affects appetite or nutrition (including GLP-1 medications), are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, involve a professional before acting on any plan. If food or eating feels out of control, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is free and confidential: 1-866-662-1235.

Subscriptions

Access is sold as a business subscription: a business is enabled for its team's email domain and billed through Stripe under the arrangement made with us (invoice or payment link). Individual subscriptions are not yet available; the waitlist on our landing page is the way in when they are. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse, and you may cancel per your billing arrangement; access runs through the paid period.

Acceptable use

• Don't enter other people's identifying information. The tool needs no names, and plans are meant to be built with the person present or shared by them.
• Don't use the tool to provide medical care or represent its output as clinical advice.
• Don't probe, overload, scrape, or resell the service, or attempt to extract its underlying prompts and models.
• Use it like the tool it is: education and planning support, reviewed by humans.

Your content and ours

Plans generated for you are yours to use, print, and share. The Mise name, design, prompts, and software remain AscenHD LLC's; a clinic's own brand shown in the tool remains that clinic's. Feedback you send us (ratings, comments) may be used to improve the product.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content can be imperfect; review plans before relying on them, especially regarding allergies and restrictions, which remain your responsibility to verify. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscenHD LLC's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts your business paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes, termination, and the law

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page and, for subscribed businesses, communicated to your billing contact. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: info@ascenhd.com.
